How does the November Intake work?

The November intake is an alternative option if you are looking to commence your studies as soon as possible. There’s no need to delay your start to align with the commencement of the Australian academic calendar (traditionally in February each year).

$10,000 or $15,000 AUD Study Grants are available for eligible students (depending on the outcome of your assessment). Applicants must have a full offer letter to study at Monash University, Australia. Learn more about International Study Grants here.

November Intake students will be provided with support to ensure they settle into student life. This includes orientation, academic and wellbeing programs.

In addition to this, students enroling in the  Bachelor of Computer Science or Bachelor of Information Technology  are eligible for complimentary on-campus accommodation for the November intake study period. No separate accommodation application is required, and the Faculty of IT will work with Monash Residential Services (MRS) to arrange your accommodation, subject to availability. Upon request, you will also be prioritised for a 2027 on-campus accommodation offer. In addition, you will receive a $500 gift card to help you get started with essential items. Learn more.
