Masterclass in Coaching for Educational Leaders - PDD1098

This Masterclass is a one-day program designed for previous participants of the Certificate of Completion in Coaching for Educational Leaders who wish to extend and refine their coaching practice. This highly interactive session provides an opportunity to revisit and deepen core coaching concepts while exploring advanced tools, strategies, and case-based problem-solving. Participants will engage in rich, practice-focused activities that address complex leadership challenges, build confidence in high-stakes coaching conversations, and enhance their ability to drive positive change in educational settings.

Who should attend

Participants will be school leaders, including principals, and experienced teachers who support the development of classroom teachers or pre-service teachers. PLT leaders, heads of faculties, coaches or aspirant coaches will also have much to gain from this training.

They will be participants who have already completed the two-day training in Certificate of Completion in Coaching for Educational Leaders
