What you'll learn

Drawing on insights from neuroscience, you will have the opportunity to build self-assurance, expand your ability to influence others and signal your expertise. You will explore the four primary dimensions of executive presence. With the support of personalised executive coaching, you'll convert these insights into positive behaviours.

This immersive program is delivered in both a face-to-face and in a blended virtual format - both of which will deepen your learning through reflective dialogue and also build your professional network.

Sharon Longridge

An award–winning broadcaster formerly with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Sharon is passionate about building resilient, engaged and effective teams.

Over the last fifteen years, she has helped thousands of media professionals and business executives in advanced communications and public speaking. Sharon helps them develop the skills and confidence needed to present themselves effectively in board meetings and investor briefings through to conference keynotes and tough media interviews. Sharon integrates the science of mindfulness and neuro-performance across her work.

Kristina Revenda

Kristina Revenda is an executive coach, facilitator and strategist. A communication specialist with global experience, she holds a BA Hons in Design and Media Management and is an Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership certified organisational coach.

Kristina is an Associate and senior coach for Lever – Transfer of Learning, who awarded her ‘Coach of the Year’ in 2016 for outstanding services. More recently she was part of their select group of coach-facilitators assigned to work on the award-winning Telstra Leadership Program.
