Driving Change: Harnessing Implementation Science for Healthcare Improvement, Real-World Impact, and Equity - PDM1175

Through the coursework, you will learn about salient theories and frameworks in Implementation Science and obtain practical skills and knowledge to apply these concepts effectively in real world settings.

  • Week 1: Foundations of Implementation Science
  • Week 2: Models, Theories, and commonly used Frameworks in Implementation Science
  • Week 3: Driving change in complex settings and role of leadership.

Each week content is divided under learning objectives (LO) targeting a specific aspect of the coursework. We have a total of 10 LO’s covering the content over three weeks.

The coursework is estimated to take approximately 9 hours to complete. We recommend dedicating around 3 hours per week for your studies, allowing enough time to cover content, review additional resources, and engage in self-reflection. We also give an addtional 3 weeks to ensure completion of the course.

Upon completion, you will be awarded a certificate, recognizing your dedication and achievement in mastering implementation science for real-world impact.

Who should attend

This course is designed for healthcare workers including healthcare professionals, managers, those working in areas such as administration, procurement etc. who are seeking to enhance their understanding and proficiency in implementation science and healthcare improvement.

It is suitable for individuals at any level within their organisation who are involved in or aspire to lead change initiatives within their respective areas of work. Prior experience, qualifications, or specific skills in implementation are not required to enrol in this course.

Participants shall be given an additional 3 weeks to complete the e-module.

Certificates of Completion are emailed after the 6 week access block is finished
