Monash Leadership Development - PDB1139

Monash Leadership Development is a five-day immersive executive program that strengthens how senior leaders think, decide and lead in complex organisational environments. Designed for leaders operating at scale, the program builds strategic clarity, influence and resilience under pressure. Through evidence-based frameworks, applied learning and personalised coaching, participants sharpen their leadership impact and leave equipped to lead with confidence, purpose and sustained effectiveness.

This program focuses on developing leadership capability at the system level—where strategy, people and performance intersect. Rather than concentrating on technical skills, the learning experience supports leaders to refine judgement, deepen self-awareness and strengthen their capacity to lead through complexity.

Participants are challenged to examine how they create alignment, respond under pressure and influence outcomes across teams and stakeholders. Emphasis is placed on translating insight into action, building resilience and embedding learning into day-to-day leadership practice. Ongoing coaching and application support ensure learning extends well beyond the program itself.
