Expert master degree
The course involves undertaking research methodology training and carrying out independent research projects in banking and finance, working closely with a supervisor who will provide you with individual guidance and academic counselling. The course offers a pathway to a higher research degree and will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate your advanced research, analytical and communication skills.

You need to satisfy the following entrance requirements to be considered for entry to this course.
Minimum Entry Requirements (Domestic students)
Qualifications
Entry level 1: 96 credit points Duration: 2 years full time, 4 years part time | Successful completion of an Australian undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. A distinction grade average (70%) or above for four units (24 credit points) in a relevant discipline at level three is required. |
Entry level 2: 48 credit points Duration: 1 year full time, 2 years part time | Successful completion of an Australian undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent) in finance with a high distinction grade average (80%), or a satisfactory substitute that the faculty considers to be equivalent, which has not been used as a basis for entry. |

Extra Requirements
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview with a panel constituted by the Research Director. Admission is a competitive process.
The course is structured in two parts: Part A. Research studies and Part B. Advanced research studies.
