This one-day course will introduce participants to the foundational concepts of health economics.

What you will learn

The course will take a practical applied approach that includes a combination of interactive seminars, case studies, and small group activities. In addition, participants are invited to schedule a 30 minute 1:1 consulting session for no additional cost with one of the course facilitators in the 3-months following the course.

  • Health care and social service clinical staff, leaders, managers and quality team members
  • University academics (researchers and teaching staff)
  • HDR students (e.g. PhD or Master's students)
