Building from core microeconomics and macroeconomics to intermediate analysis, international trade, money and banking, the minor examines how markets, policy settings, financial conditions and global economic forces shape business choices. You will learn to apply economic evidence to practical decision-making in business settings.
The minor develops discipline knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills, while encouraging globally aware, socially responsible and inclusive decision-making. It prepares you to contribute analytical insight to corporate planning, project management, international business and operational workplace teams.
