This major examines HR strategies that support sustainable organisational performance and ethical governance, covering employment law, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations and diversity management, while building professional communication, cross‑cultural teamwork and evidence‑based decision‑making skills. You will use digital HR platforms, workforce analytics and AI tools for data‑driven people management, preparing you for roles such as HR business partner, talent acquisition specialist, employee relations consultant and organisational change advisor across industries.
