Monash Peer Mentoring Leaders Scholarship
Monash Leaders Scholarships
The Peer Mentoring Leaders Scholarship is awarded to Monash Peer Mentoring Coordinators each year in recognition of their service and leadership in the peer mentoring community. Peer Mentoring Coordinators work closely with the Faculty and Portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) to manage key aspects of the program, and ensure that it meets the needs of mentors and mentees. Peer Mentoring Coordinators are involved in shaping the Peer Mentoring program and help build engagement within the Peer Mentoring community.
This scholarship is aimed at recognising the Coordinators efforts and supporting them in their own studies.

Monash Peer Mentoring Leaders Scholarship
Receiving this scholarship has provided me with substantial growth and opportunities, enriching my educational journey. This role has enabled me to develop as a leader and engage with diverse members and programs across the university, laying a solid foundation for my aspiring academic career. It was especially rewarding to enact positive change and meaningfully contribute to the experiences of others. Amidst the considerable health challenges, I have experienced throughout my education, I have now become a part of a supportive team which have fostered a deeper sense of connection and resilience. This has greatly broadened my perspective and professional network, making my final undergraduate year incredibly fulfilling.
