Cody Fryar

MRS Resident Advisor Scholarship

As an RA, I honed various professional skills like leadership, confidence, conflict resolution, and event management. These skills, not taught in my degrees, proved valuable for advancing my career as they easily transferred to different contexts. Applying these skills within my hall community became second nature, allowing me to positively impact the lives of fellow residents.
