Monash Travel Support Grant
The Student Teams Indigenous Student Travel Grant was created by the Faculty of Engineering’s Associate Dean Indigenous to support Indigenous students involved in Faculty of Engineering student teams, enabling them to take part in national and international team travel opportunities.

Having a scholarship has made it possible to support myself away from home while studying. I've been able to participate more in class, take up an international placement and volunteer with not-for-profit causes to strengthen my skills for my future career.
Am I eligible?
You must be one of the following:
- An Australian citizen
You must meet the following criteria:
- Current student enrolled at a Monash campus in Australia and a member of a Faculty of Engineering student team that is approved for travel as per the faculty procedure.
- Are an Indigenous Australian**
- Participating in an overseas study programs.
**To be eligible you must provide a Confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Heritage certificate or a certified Statutory Declaration form to the William Cooper Institute. Benefits
- $8,000 one-off payment.
