Receiving a scholarship helps me to focus on my studies. It also means that I know I have the support of others in order to study and reach my goals.
Am I eligible?
You must be one of the following:
- An Australian citizen
- A New Zealand citizen
- Australian permanent resident
- Australian humanitarian visa holder
You must meet the following criteria:
- Commencing or continuing student enrolled in any single or double degree in the Monash Business School at a Monash Campus in Australia.
- Experiencing financial hardship.
Benefits
$10,000 for a full-time study load (48 credit points), paid per year until the minimum points for their degree are completed. Students electing to enrol in Honours will receive an additional year of payments.
Number offered
One scholarship is available.
Selection criteria
- Consideration is given if, in addition to being a low income earner, you experience other forms of educational disadvantage.
- The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of need and academic performance.
To retain this scholarship:
- You must maintain a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60
How to apply
- The scholarship cannot be deferred.
- VTAC applicants - If you think you might be eligible for an equity scholarship, ensure that you apply for the VTAC equity schemes (SEAS) to be automatically considered.
