Industry Leaders Scholarship
The Killen Family Indigenous Scholarship was introduced to provide financial support to one Indigenous Australian student undertaking a Monash Arts education and another undertaking a Monash Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences education.

Achieving Potential Indigenous Support Scholarship
The Achieving Potential Indigenous Support Scholarship has allowed me to focus on my studies without worrying about taking on more work or making educational sacrifices.
This scholarship has also strengthened my connection to the William Cooper Institute, which has almost become a second home. The other students are lovely, and the staff are super supportive and helpful.
Am I eligible?
You must be one of the following:
- An Australian citizen
You must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Arts or Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at a Monash Campus in Australia.
- Are an Indigenous Australian**
- Demonstrated leadership potential and participation in industry experience.
- WAM 70+
**To be eligible you must provide a Confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Heritage certificate or a certified Statutory Declaration form to the William Cooper Institute. Benefits
- $10,000 paid for one year.
Number offered
- One scholarship is available in 2025 and one in 2026.

- Awarded based on academic achievement.
