The Master of Global Business is a multi-disciplinary program that advances your knowledge of business and the global environment in which it operates. This Master’s program provides you not only with a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic economic, political and social forces that affect and impact upon global business, but also with the skill set required to function and operate in a global environment.
The Master of Global Business is designed to build upon your work experience and your undergraduate credentials by further developing and strengthening your business skills and acumen. This program advances your ability to address the global issues and challenges faced by business and society by improving your ability to critically analyse, problem solve and develop solutions. These skills are further enhanced and developed through an appreciation of the global context in which business operates and how it deals with issues of a geo-political nature, business-government relations, trade and its governance, sustainable global supply chains, social responsibility and intercultural communication.
The Master of Global Business, is a coursework program that ultimately looks to produce graduates with a comprehensive and multi-disciplined perspective of global business, that enables them to not only better understand the contemporary global environment in which business operates but just as importantly create and produce innovative solutions for the business, professional, social and public policy communities which they serve.

Additional requirements
*A minor is at least four units (equivalent to 24 Monash credit points).
**Related fields include: Arts, business, commerce, economics, engineering, law, management, humanities, science or social science disciplines.
If you’re applying on the basis of work experience, you’re required to provide the following:
- A detailed curriculum vitae, outlining your employment history along with detailed job descriptions.
- Two references from a current or previous employer, on official letterhead, supporting the responsibilities outlined in the CV.

Current Monash students
You may apply to transfer from another Monash course. Transfers are a competitive process. You may apply mid-year for available courses however consideration will be given as to whether you will be able to follow your course progression.
Please note that if you apply for a course transfer, you should still enrol in your current course as if you were continuing so as not to jeopardise your enrolment in the Faculty if your transfer application is unsuccessful. More about Course Transfer.

Fees
The annual tuition fee for the master’s program is IDR 224 million for Indonesian students and IDR 248 million for international students.
To graduate with a Master of Global Business degree, students must complete 72 credit points, with a total program cost of IDR 336 million for Indonesian students and IDR 372 million for international students.
Note: Fees are to be paid prior to course commencement and subject to change annually.

Double degree
Note: If any part of your double degree is undertaken in Australia, you will be required to pay the Monash Australia fee. The first master’s degree in the double degree program must be completed at the Monash University, Indonesia campus before travelling to the Monash University Australia campus to complete the second master’s degree. Travel to Australia is only permitted if you are in good standing and have no encumbrances.
