In this online course, you'll develop the knowledge, skills and professional capabilities required for advanced aeromedical and retrieval practice. You'll learn from and alongside clinicians from a range of professional backgrounds and consider how paramedics, nurses, physicians and other retrieval team members contribute to safe, coordinated and patient-centred care. Strengthen your practice and prepare for advanced clinical, leadership and coordination roles within retrieval and aeromedical teams.

By the end of this course, you will develop advanced knowledge of contemporary clinical practice, clinical decision-making, patient preparation and transport, and the coordination frameworks that underpin local and global retrieval systems. You will be equipped to contribute meaningfully to high-performing multidisciplinary teams, delivering expert care to patients in complex, resource-limited and time-critical clinical, retrieval and transport settings.
