Through this multi-disciplinary degree you’ll develop advanced knowledge of contemporary business practices and global environments.
The course incorporates key study areas including business strategy, diplomacy, trade policy, global trade law, sustainability and inter-cultural communication. You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in international study tours and corporate projects that will challenge you to create innovate solutions for a range of international organisations.
With relevant work experience as an entry requirement, this course offers a dynamic and diverse setting if you want to advance the way you understand and address global business issues and challenges. If you also have more than 5 years relevant employment experience and have studied business, global studies, international trade or something similar in your undergraduate degree, then you may have the option to complete the program in just one year!

You need to satisfy the following entrance requirements to be considered for entry to this course.
Minimum Entry Requirements (Domestic students)
Qualifications
Entry level 1: | An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, and a minimum of two years relevant employment. OR An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70. |
Entry level 2: | An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline and a minimum of two years relevant employment. OR An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70. OR

Entry level 3: | An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline and a minimum of five years relevant employment. OR An Australian bachelor honours degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70. |
Students wishing to undertake the research pathway must maintain at least a 70 WAM and be accepted for entry by the Course Director and the Higher Degrees Research Director.
Applicants will be ranked accordingly based on their entire academic record, employment experience and a Statement of Purpose.
English requirements
Applicants must also meet the English language requirements.

Extra Requirements
Applicants must prepare a Statement of Purpose in which they are required to demonstrate that they possess the motivation and academic skills required to successfully complete the program. Where deemed necessary the Course Director of the Master of Global Business may also seek to interview an applicant.
The course is structured in two parts. Part A. Mastery knowledge and Part B. Application studies.
