Designing hybrid collaborative activities

About this example

In ARC403, we had to find a way to facilitate multiparty interactions and collaborations across distances. Our objective was to properly integrate and include the offshore online students into the interactive in-class architecture design studio. Through the use of various technologies and careful planning on how interactions would occur, we successfully created a sustainable and scalable model to enable collaborate with global partners in educational activities.

Watch Ari Seligmann explain how hybrid collaborative activities were developed in for architecture design studio classes.
