Additional learning technologies

The use of learning technologies within your classroom provides opportunities for students to collaborate, engage with content as well as receive feedback and an individualised learning experience.

Monash provides several centrally licensed tools to ensure an innovative teaching and learning technology ecosystem. However, there are additional learning technologies that are not centrally supported but are available for academics to use. Below you can access information and resources for some frequently used free technologies.

Monash PDE platform

The Monash Professional Development Education Platform, powered by Guroo Learning, is an end-to-end learning platform for the provision of Professional Development Education programs across Monash University.
Perusall

Perusall is a free social reading platform integrated into Moodle which allows students to digitally annotate readings and videos collectively and respond to each other’s comments and questions.
Leganto

Leganto allows students to access all of your assigned readings in one place. Setting up and sharing your reading lists in Leganto is supported by Library staff.
