Support Active Learning with Google
Google Workspace applications (apps) can be used in classrooms to support active learning. All Google apps are designed for collaboration between students and academics. There are some more commonly used apps when presenting to larger audiences than just the collaborators. In this instance, consider using these applications as presentation tools. Google Workspace is able to support all classroom activities presented synchronously or asynchronously and while allowing for various permission settings to be applied.
By default, all documents are stored within a folder located in Google Drive. These folders can be shared when collaborating and presenting tasks. Permission settings including access and editing ability can be set. Google Drive is also a storage tool that can support the submission of tasks within your classroom program.
