Studiosity
Monash has partnered with Studiosity to provide all undergraduate and graduate coursework students in Australia, Indonesia and Malaysia with access to 24/7 online study support. Students will be able to access Studiosity via their coursework units in Moodle.
Studiosity has been integrated into the Monash standard and project templates and will appear in any new Moodle units that are created as banners on the Assessment and Support tabs. Each location (Australia, Indonesia and Malaysia) has its own custom banner that is displayed to students within that specific Callista cohort. Staff will be able to see all three banners.

NotePlease do not click on, or interact with the Studiosity banners in Moodle. Any usage of Studiosity triggers the subscription with the service. The service is only for Monash coursework students. You can promote Studiosity in your units using the below slide decks. |

How students access support
- Studiosity provides first tier support, linking students to 24/7 advice and providing referral pathways to other university services such as Student Academic Success and the Library.
- Students can access technical support via Studiosity’s website.
- Students can find out how to access Studiosity on Learn HQ.
NoteThe Monash Australia Studiosity service does not use generative artificial intelligence and the expectations around acknowledgement of AI do not apply to use of this service. We recommend that you update the wording of your assessment tasks to reflect this. For example, “In this unit you must not use generative artificial intelligence (AI) to generate any materials or content in relation to your assessment. See the Support tab for approved Monash services that do not use generative artificial intelligence.” |
